# QSimHealth > QSimHealth is a web app from ChiAha that simulates a full year of patients at an emergency department, walk-in or urgent care clinic, or appointment office. You enter arrivals by hour, provider shifts (MD, PA, NP and locum) and treatment times, and it shows the average wait and queue length at every hour and the cost per day of each staffing plan. It answers questions like "what would happen if we added a provider at 6pm?" before the schedule changes. - Engine: discrete-event simulation. Every patient is modeled individually across 8,760 simulated hours. - Three facility types: emergency department (open 24/7), walk-in or urgent care clinic (walk-in arrivals, set hours) and appointment office (booked patients, set hours). - Pricing: Professional $88/month with a 10-day free trial; in-app AI chat agent $18/month; both together $106/month; academic access free for 10 days with a .edu email, with more time for coursework or research on request; academic site licenses and multi-facility deployments by arrangement. - Public MCP server (remote HTTP, no key): https://qsimhealth.com/mcp/v1 — listed in the MCP registry as com.qsimhealth/public. The demo covers MD-only staffing at a flat arrival rate; mixed provider teams and hourly patterns are in the full app. ## Pages - [QSimHealth home](https://qsimhealth.com/): ED and clinic staffing simulator.
